We update our job postings daily, posting new positions and removing positions that are closed.

How do I know if Human Resources received the materials I submitted on the web?
Once you submit a resume or other materials online, you will automatically receive a reply thanking you for your submission.  If you receive this response message, you can be assured that HR received your materials and will review them accordingly.  If you do not receive this automatic reply, feel free to resubmit your materials.  If you continue to have difficulty submitting online, feel free to fax your materials to 603/777-4390 or mail them to Human Resources at 20 Main Street, Exeter NH 03833.

How long does the hiring process take?
At Exeter we take time to find the right person for the job, whether that requires two weeks or two months.  Each position and/or department may have unique hiring criteria which can impact the time required to fill the position.  Applicants may call the office at any time to check on the status of their application.

Can I apply for more than one position at a time?
Please inform the Human Resources office if you are interested in more than one position. We will submit your materials to both departments.

How long will my resume or application be kept on file?
Resumes and applications will be kept on file in the Human Resources office for six months.
