Phillips Exeter Academy is a coeducational boarding school located in Exeter, New Hampshire with an endowment of over $600 million, an operating budget that exceeds $60 million and a capital budget that exceeds $6 million annually—and is significantly more when the Academy is doing new construction.  The management of campus facilities involves 100 full-time and part-time employees, 865 acres of grounds, and approximately 1.5 million square feet of building space (126 buildings including: dorms, faculty residences, administrative buildings and athletic facilities).
