2009 Dates: June 21 - June 26

Registration will be limited to 56 participants who will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference fee of $850 covers all sessions, all course materials, meals and dormitory accommodations on campus. If you would like information regarding hotels in the area, please indicate so on the application.

In the event of cancellation by the participant, $700.00 will be refunded by April 15, and $100.00 will be refunded up until June 1. We cannot refund anything after June 1.

All foreign checks must be in U.S. dollars. The conference begins on Sunday, but accommodations (no meals) are available on Saturday for those participants who wish to arrive on Saturday afternoon. Transportation to and from Boston's Logan Airport is available.

If you are travelling by bus or train to South Station in Boston, or to Logan Airport in Boston, the best way to get to Exeter is to take C&J Trailways from those locations. C&J Trailways cheerfully runs their bus service from Logan, stopping at the lower level in every terminal. They also run from South Station to a terminal in Greenland, New Hampshire, just a 10-minute ride to Phillips Exeter Academy. We will be running our own Phillips Exeter Shuttle Service from the terminal in Greenland, NH, to Phillips Exeter Academy on Saturday, starting at 2:30 p.m. and running continually until 10:30 p.m., and from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 on Sunday. This shuttle also includes the return trip to Logan via private coach on Friday, the day the conference ends. Those coaches will depart promptly at 1 p.m., arriving at Logan Airport at around 2 p.m. All outgoing flights should be scheduled for 3 p.m. or later from Logan. Please make your travel plans accordingly if you choose to use our shuttle service. The round-trip fee for our shuttle service is $35, payable when you register upon arrival.
