Registration Information

Registration will be limited to 300 participants, who will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The conference fee of $850 covers two courses, all course materials, and meals. There is no extra charge for dormitory accommodations on campus. If you would like information regarding hotels in the area, please indicate so on the application. In the event of cancellation by the participant, $600 will be refunded if a replacement is found.

All foreign checks must be in US dollars. The conference begins on Sunday, June 21, 2009 but accommodations (no meals) are available on June 20 for those participants who wish to arrive on Saturday afternoon. The conference ends on Friday, June 26th at 1:00 p.m.

TO REGISTER: FILL OUT THE 2008 REGISTRATION ON-LINE FORM, SUBMIT, PRINT THE VERIFICATION, AND RETURN WITH FULL PAYMENT. BE SURE TO SAVE OF COPY OF THE VERIFICATION.
